1. Data controller

2. What data we process and why

3. Who else may see your data
We do not transfer your data to third parties except where legally required. The providers we need in order to operate may access it as data processors and under a signed contract:
- Hosting of the website and of the services: servers of the contracted infrastructure provider (servers located in the European Union).
- Email: the email service provider we use to reply to you.
- Tax/accounting adviser, for the issue and filing of invoices and taxes.
If a reply is ever sent from outside the European Economic Area, the safeguards provided for in the GDPR (standard contractual clauses or others) will apply.
4. Your rights
You may exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to the email address given above. You may also withdraw your consent at any time, without this affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
If you consider that we have not dealt with your request properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
5. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures: encryption in transit (HTTPS), access control, backups and updates. No system is infallible; if a breach involving a risk to your rights were to occur, you would be informed in accordance with the law.
6. Minors
This site is aimed at companies and professionals. Data from children under 14 is not knowingly collected.
7. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated to adapt to regulatory or service changes. The version in force is the one published on this page.
